I've had two training sessions with Penny now and always found her very calm and patient with her tuition. She allows the student to pick up the learning in their own time, so that the information is absorbed properly. Having attended two WordPress college courses previously; a one day 'workshop' with five other students and a three week evening course with 12 other students, I was no closer to learning what I needed to learn to be confident with using WordPress once I was back at home and/or in the office. The one to one training with Outerbridge has the huge benefit that every second of your time in that hour/two hours is spent learning what you need to learn and at the speed and level at which you need to learn it. Penny made my time with Outerbridge a really positive experience. The office environment is perfectly set up with no distractions and a total focus on what it is that you (the client) need and expect from the training.
