Uptime Monitoring


Uptime Monitoring is the assurance of knowing that your site is available to visitors and customers.

If you’re an Outerbridge Support Package customer then you have Uptime Monitoring of your site included as standard; whether you’re Silver, Gold or Platinum. And what that means is this: in the very unlikely event of your site going down, we receive emails and texts to tell us.  When we know about it, then we start fixing it. You probably won’t even know that there’s been a problem, but we’ll let you know what we’ve done.

At the time of writing, we have 3 sites with over 500 days of continuous uptime.  We’re a bit like the Carlsberg Complaints Helpline!
