Thermo Technica are a UK company based in Devon that supplies heaters, cooking apparatus and spare parts for caravans and motorhomes.
Their website was originally built with WooCommerce, the Astra WordPress theme and Beaver Builder, as well as lots of WordPress plugins to provide complex shipping calculations, quantity discounts, payment processing, shipment tracking, supplier product feeds etc. Unfortunately, the website had not been kept up to date and was starting to cause all sorts of problems.
Luckily, we were able to resolve these issues and stabilise the website by working closely with Thermo Technica to understand what was happening and re-focus the website on ease of use and customer needs.
They also took advantage of our WordPress training service to ensure that they were able to use the website efficiently themselves and work on search engine optimisation and process flow.
Thermo Technica’s website is now looked after on an ongoing basis by an Outerbridge support package, ensuring that things run smoothly and that everything is updated regularly. We monitor the website to ensure that any downtime is quickly identified and any problems fixed.
Thermo Technica are now much happier with their website and able to focus on the day-to-day running of the business rather than troubleshooting their website. They are delighted to have found a reliable web developer that they can trust to look after their website and who is easily contactable should any issues arise.
