Thermo Technica are a UK company based in Devon that supplies heaters, cooking apparatus and spare parts for caravans and motorhomes.
Their website was originally built with WooCommerce, the Astra WordPress theme and Beaver Builder, as well as lots of WordPress plugins to provide complex shipping calculations, quantity discounts, payment processing, shipment tracking, supplier product feeds etc. Unfortunately, the website had not been kept up to date and was starting to cause all sorts of problems.
Luckily, we were able to resolve these issues and stabilise the website by working closely with Thermo Technica to understand what was happening and re-focus the website on ease of use and customer needs.
